How this works
This page is updated when an incident is opened, throughout the incident, and at resolution. Affected users receive a transactional message inside the app and on the channel they registered with (typically WhatsApp). Material incidents are also reported on /press within 72 hours, per Loi 18-07 breach-notification rules.
A live status feed driven by automated health probes is on the roadmap for Phase 02.
